DCM came together in the latter part of 2005 and had its first full calendar year in 2006. DCM was created to combine the talents of three highly successful individual trial lawyers into one firm. Most firms that focus on medical negligence have one, and maybe two, trial attorneys supported by the rest of the firm. By combining the talents of three successful trial attorneys, DCM found that their efforts can serve more clients and serve their clients more efficiently by sharing information, resources, and talents. DCM's clients have the luxury of knowing they have at least 2, and sometimes 3 individual trial lawyers familiar with their case and capable of trying the case. This allows more flexibility is moving the case forward quickly and obtaining a favorable result.
